I met Devlin while freelancing at San Francisco's go-to photography firm for high-society and philanthropic events. I was fresh out of art school and looking for the struggling artist lifestyle creating, connecting, and enjoying all that San Francisco had to offer. During the four years we worked together, we found ourselves in the most exclusive events throughout the bay area. Gala's that took us from Silicon Valley to fabulous ballrooms in San Francisco and beyond. We were around big conversations, fundraisers that raised millions all while listening to fascinating ideas from influential people. One of my favorite memories working with Devlin was during the winter galas, where wearing six-inch stilettos was normal. Working those often eight to ten-hour evenings snapping the shutter away capturing San Francisco's modern culture and lifestyle.
